Advisor in Digital Identity Strategy - PwC

Locatie: Amsterdam

You will work with a senior colleague on creating new business models and strategies and business cases which could result in new Identity and Accessmanagement programmes.

As we aim to rapidly grow our Cyber Security, Forensics & Privacy practice, we are looking for experienced consultants who are passionate about digital identity strategy, governance & engineering to help our clients doing business in a digital world while protecting privacy and data. 

In the Netherlands we have a dedicated Identity & Access Management team consisting of roughly 40 specialists as part of our Cyber Security, Forensics & Privacy practice (CF&P). 

This practice works on creating a more security society for major International and local organisations. Together with 160 professionals in the Netherlands we  work on leading and cutting edge projects covering the whole scope of Cyber Security from; From Ethical Hacking to Threat Detection and Forensic Research both preventing and solving cybercrime. Also covering Privacy, Compliance, Policy & Governance to Security Architecture and implementation, to Identity and Accessmanagement.

Responsibilities
You will work with a senior colleague on creating new business models and strategies and business cases which could result in new Identity and Accessmanagement programmes. You will also be involved in setting up the business architectures and guiding the client through the decision making and budgeting processes. For CIAM your primary focus is around consumer, customer, and citizen identity management working with clients that manage many millions of their customers identities. For IGA your primary focus is around employee, partner and business to business identity management working with international clients on setting up transformational identity programs as part of their cyber defense strategy.

  • Supporting the (senior) manager in creating new business models, strategies and business cases to result in new Identity Projects;
  • Working extensively in Powerpoint and Excel to design workshops and calculate business cases;
  • Assist in workshops with the client;
  • Write proposals to sell these strategy and business case engagements;
  • Managing these projects from a PMO perspective;
  • Managing the business implementation of these projects.

Requirements
You demonstrate thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • You can navigate easily around role models, authorisation matrices, joiner/mover/leaver lifecycles and target operating models;
  • You are familiar with the IAM open standards and reference architectures. You often know about new standards before they are implemented by the vendors. You know how these impact new business models and changes in the way we work. You also know about architecture standards and diagrams and how to talk with technical architects, designers and system owners as well as compliance, security and business people up to board level;
  • You are very familiar with a broad set of IAM, CIAM, IGA and PAM solutions and also familiar with the typical systems these are integrated with from a business and architecture perspective and can see how these can help change business models;
  • You can lead workshops and design sessions and can balance long term strategy goals with business goals in these sessions;
  • You are extremely versed in creating Powerpoints and deliverables and Excel and Word;
  • You are growing your leadership and communication skills to lead the client to get these programs funded and secured. For IGA you will have a focus on programs around the compliance and Identity governance and administration area. For CIAM you will have a focus on programs around the Consumer Identity, Onboarding and Authentication area;
  • You have a total of 2-6 years of professional experience of which at least 1 year working in the IAM field;
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch.
